By accessing the website www.staterisingcrictournament.com, creating an account, submitting a registration form, or making a payment to participate in the State Rising Cricket Tournament (hereinafter "SRCT" or "the Tournament"), you — the academy, its authorised representative, coaching staff, and registered players — confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register or participate in SRCT. Continued use of this website constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

2.1 Academy eligibility: Any cricket academy operating within the Delhi NCR region may apply to participate in SRCT, subject to slot availability and confirmation of registration by State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd..

2.2 Player eligibility: All players must be Under-19 (male) as of the tournament start date of 15 May 2026. Players who do not meet the age criteria will be declared ineligible and may not participate. The organizers reserve the right to request proof of age at any point.

2.3 Squad size: Each academy may register one squad of exactly 15 players. Multi-team entries from a single academy are not permitted for SRCT 2026.

2.4 Verification: State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any registered academy or player and to disqualify any participant found to be ineligible, without liability for refund in cases of deliberate misrepresentation.

3.1 Process: Registration is completed in two stages — submission of the online registration form, followed by payment confirmation. A slot is reserved but not confirmed until full payment is received.

3.2 Slot availability: SRCT 2026 is limited to 30 academies on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a slot.

3.3 Payment: Upon submission of the registration form, the SRCT team will contact the academy within 2–3 business hours to confirm slot availability and share the payment link. Payment must be completed to confirm registration.

3.4 Squad submission: After payment confirmation, the academy must submit the complete 15-player squad — including player names, dates of birth, jersey numbers, and jersey sizes — through the academy portal by the published deadline. Failure to submit squad details by the deadline may affect the provision of jerseys and ID cards.

3.5 Accuracy of information: The academy is responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate. State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. accepts no liability for errors arising from incorrect information provided during registration.

4.1 Refund schedule:

4.2 Non-refundable costs: Costs incurred by the organizers prior to cancellation — including but not limited to jersey printing, ID card production, and administrative charges — are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

4.3 Cancellation procedure: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@staterisingcrictournament.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Academy Name] — [Ref ID]". Cancellations are effective from the date the written request is received and acknowledged by State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd..

4.4 Organizer-initiated cancellation: In the event that State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. cancels the tournament due to circumstances including but not limited to force majeure, government directives, or insufficient participation, registered academies will receive a full refund of the registration fee within 15 business days.

5.1 All participants — including players, coaches, support staff, and academy representatives — are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the spirit of cricket and the values of fair play, respect, and sportsmanship at all times during the tournament.

5.2 Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: verbal abuse, physical misconduct, use of abusive language, intimidation of opponents or officials, deliberate damage to venue property, use of banned substances, and any behaviour that brings the tournament or the sport into disrepute.

5.3 Consequences: Violations of the code of conduct may result in the immediate suspension of the relevant player or official, disqualification of the academy from the tournament, and/or a formal ban from future SRCT editions. Disciplinary decisions rest solely with the SRCT organizing committee and are final.

5.4 Officials: The decisions of appointed SRCT match officials (umpires, scorers, referees) are final on all on-field matters. Dissent toward match officials will be treated as a conduct violation.

6.1 Injuries: State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or death sustained by any player, coach, or official during the tournament, travel to or from match venues, or during accommodation provided as part of the registration package. Academies are advised to ensure their players are covered under appropriate personal accident insurance.

6.2 Property: The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property belonging to any participant during any tournament-related activity.

6.3 Third-party services: Where accommodation, transport, or meal services are arranged through third-party vendors, State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a facilitator. Any claims arising from the quality or safety of such third-party services must be directed to the relevant service provider.

6.4 Schedule changes: The organizers reserve the right to modify match schedules, venues, and format at any time due to weather, force majeure, or operational requirements. No liability shall arise from such changes.

By registering on this website, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes but is not limited to academy name, contact person details, player names, dates of birth, email addresses, and phone numbers. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering SRCT 2026 and will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

The name "State Rising Cricket Tournament", the acronym "SRCT", the official SRCT logo, website content, and all associated branding and materials are the intellectual property of State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd.. No academy, player, or third party may use, reproduce, or distribute SRCT branding without prior written permission.

Academies grant State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use their academy name, logo (if provided), and player photographs taken during the tournament for the purpose of tournament coverage, promotional materials, and the official SRCT website.

State Rising Cricket Tournament Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered academies will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version of these terms is always accessible at www.staterisingcrictournament.com/pages/terms.php.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, the registration process, or participation in SRCT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi. The parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
